Out of trifluoroacetic acid and acetic acid which one should lower the freezing point of water to a greater extent

F is more electronegative than carbon and has  stronger inductive impact. CF3COOH is more stronger than CH3COOH. Consequently, F3COOH ionizes more than CH3COOH. More the quantity of ions produced, more is the dejection / depression / lowering in the point of freezing. Hence, the depression in the point of freezing is more for the CF3COOH and less for CH3COOH .
