PCl5 exists but NCl5 doesn't exists Why ?

Hello!
PCl5 exists because ' P ' has an empty d-orbital
and this it can form both PCl3 and PCl5
But NCl5 can't exist because in 'N' d-orbital is absent so it can only form NCl3
and that's why NCl5 Doesn't exists.
