diagonal of a square = √2a
6√2 = √2a. (a = side of square)
6√2/√2 = a
6m = a

therefore, its perimeter = 4×a = 4×6 => 24m
area = a² = 6² = 36m²
hope this helps and ur answer is correct

Shirsa: 6√2=√2a
Shirsa: √2a = 6√2
Shirsa: √2*√a=6*√2
Shirsa: √a=6√2/√2
Shirsa: √a=6
Shirsa: a=36
