Given that total number of tickets = 100.

Two tickets are chosen at random = 100C2.

Let A be the event that maximum number on the two chosen tickets is not more than 10.

Let B be the event that the minimum number on the two chosen tickets is 5.

P(A intersection B) = 5C1/100C2 .

P(A) = 10C2/100C2.

Then P(B/A) = P(A intersection B)/P(A)

                     = 5C1/100C2/(10C2/100C2)

                     = 5/45

                    = 1/9.

Hope this helps!
