Hey!!!
You can improve your writing and reading skills in many ways such as-
1) Write essays on small and easy topics everyday.
2)Read books and newspapers to increase your vocabulary that can fetch you marks in your exams.
3) Try speaking in the language you want to improve in. (speak most of the time in that language)
4) Ask help in places where you face problems in that language to those who know it well. (friends,teachers etc)

you can also do dictionary work to increase your vocabulary
what is dictionary
it is a book in which you can find meanings of words
