hey this is one of my favorite questions...
1.find the zero by trial and error method we get the zero as -1
2.we know if zero is -1,then (x+1) is a factor of the polynomial
3.divide (X+1) with the polynomial
4.we get x2+12x+20
5. now we need to factorise this equation by using middle term
6.after factorisation we get x(x+10)+2(x+10)
7.regrouping it=(x+10)(x+2)
8.therefore the factors are (x+1)(x+10)(x+2)
