2x – y = (3/4)x + 6.

or, 2x - (3/4)x = y + 6.

or, (8x -3x)/4 = y + 6.

or, 5x/4 = y + 6.

or, 5x = 4(y + 6).

or, 5x = 4y + 24.

or, x = (4y + 24)/5.

Therefore, x = 4(y + 6)/5.

Answer: (b).

here ,
let's first solve the equation.

2x - y = (\frac{3}{4} )x + 6 \\ 2x - y = \frac{3x}{4 } + 6 \\ 2x - y = \frac{3x + 24}{4 } \\ 4(2x - y) = 3x + 24 \\ 8x - 4y = 3x + 24 \\ 5x = 4y + 24 \\ x = \frac{4(y + 6)}{5}
so , (b) is your answer
