when the minute hand moves at 20, the hour hand moves some angle

for hour hand,
12×60 minutes...........360°
so for 20 minutes,

cross multiply
$\frac{20 \times 360}{12 \times 60}$
=100°





for minute hand, angle =120





so angle between hour and minute hand=120-100

=20°
