(ii) Why objects moving in fluids must have special shape?
(iii) Explain the mechanism how water gets filled in the dropper?

Q1 ans-The difference between frequency and amplitude is that frequency is a measurement of cycles per second, and amplitude is a measurement of how large a wave is. Amplitude represents the wave's energy.
Q2 ans- Drag depends greatly on speed, object's shape(in no simple linear fashion) and also other factors.
The shapes are designed to minimalize drag.

Answer:

1) There are two main properties of a regular vibration - the amplitude and the frequency - which affect the way it sounds. Amplitude is the size of the vibration, and this determines how loud the sound is. The unit of frequency measurement is Hertz (Hz). A frequency of 1 Hz means one wave cycle per second.

2) Special shapes experience less fluid friction, therefore, can move easily through fluids. Keeping all these things into consideration the shape of the ship is made in such a way that it experiences less fluid friction i.e. drag.

3) When you squeeze the rubber top on the dropper you squeeze the air out. Then when you put the tip into the liquid and stop squeezing the top, the low pressure inside sucks up the liquid. In fact it is the higher pressure outside the dropper, in the liquid, that pushes the liquid up into the dropper.
