Word is ' A S S A S S I N A T I O N '
total number of alphabet n( S ) = 13
number of vowels = 3( A ) + 2( I ) + 1 ( O ) = 6
number of consonant = 4( S ) + 2( N ) + 1( T ) = 7
∵ P( E ) = number of favourable outcomes/ total number of possible outcomes
( i ) P( vowel ) =number of vowels /total number of alphabets = 6/13
(ii) P ( consonant ) =number of consonant /total number of alphabets = 7/13
total number of alphabet n( S ) = 13
number of vowels = 3( A ) + 2( I ) + 1 ( O ) = 6
number of consonant = 4( S ) + 2( N ) + 1( T ) = 7
∵ P( E ) = number of favourable outcomes/ total number of possible outcomes
( i ) P( vowel ) =number of vowels /total number of alphabets = 6/13
(ii) P ( consonant ) =number of consonant /total number of alphabets = 7/13
