Hi

Here is your answer,

(a) (CH3)3 C.C(+)H2     (b) (CH3)3 C+          (c) CH3 CH2 C(+)H2

1° carbocation                   3° carbocation         1° carbocation

(d) CH3 C(+) H CH2 CH3
2° carbocation

3° carbocation (CH) C+ is the most stable carbocation.

The stability of carbocation is 3°-carbocation > 2°-carbocation > 1°-carbocation

(a) (CH3)3C---CH2+ {1°-carbocation}
(b) (CH)3C+ {3°-carbocation}
(c)CH3-CH2-CH2+{1°-carbocation}
(d)CH3CH⁺CH2CH3 {2°-carbocation}

because 3°-carbocation is option (b) hence, option (b) is the most stable carbocation.
