there are 3 bond pair and 0 lone pair in BF3 , so, hybridisation of BF3 is sp². and in NH3 , there are 3 bond pair and 1 lone pair .so, hybridisation of NH3 is sp³.

after the reaction , hybridisation of B changes to sp³ but hybridisation of N remains the same because N shares its lone pair with electron deficient B .
