Answer:

Surface energy of water drop= 2S/R

( S= surface tension, R= radius of drop)

Now , vol. of 1000 small drops= vol. of 1 big drop

1000×4/3 π r^3 = 4/3 π R^3

(r= rad. of small drop, R= rad. of big drop)

Hence, R= 10r

Now, Surface tension of 1 small drop= 2S/r

Surface tension of 1 big drop = 2S/R

ratio- 2S/r : 2S/R

1/r : 1/R

R:r

10r:r (R=10r)

10:1
