Given : Rakesh, kapil and swami are three partner  profit sharing ratio is 3:2:7

they admit new partner ravi with 1/8 share

To Find : profit sharing ratio between kapil and ravi.

Solution:

Rakesh, kapil and swami are three partner hir profit sharing ratio is 3:2:7

Rakesh share = 3/12

kapil share = 2/12

Swami share = 7/12

new partner ravi with 1/8 share

Remaining Share = 7/8

Rakesh share = 3/12  x 7/8  =21/96

kapil share =  2/12  x 7/8   = 14/96

Swami share = 7/12 x  7/8  = 49/96

Ravi share = 1/8  = 12/96

ratio between kapil and ravi.

14/96 : 12/96
