Rich become rich, poor become poor what is the reason for this situation?

it's not like that u r think it not fixed that rich will become rich and poor will become poor if a poor person will work hard then no one can stop him to become rich and if rich person will not work hard then poor day by day ,one thing that Rich man have one advance and that is he have not to work physical he have just use his brain and work mentally but in some cases he also have to physically ,poor people have one disadvantage that they have to work in both condition physically and mentally .
