Rivers play a important role in daily life and the utilisation of river is very high

river water is the backbone of agriculture in India we mainly depend on the perineal rivers for irrigation of crops.
Domestic use
As all of us know water is essential for life it plays an important role in each of our life apart from drinking we also use the river water for many other domestic purpose.
Generating power
river helps us in generating hydro electricity which we use in day to day life . and also tidal electricity.
Recreation
as we all know some day all of us are going to be destroyed but as the old sayings tell every end has a beginning, Nature can recreate itself from nothing . rivers are one of the vital source for our lives so we should prevent them from depletion.
