short cut method of find cube root of any number

do the prime factorization of the number....
(take out one of the no for 3 same numbers....)*
for example.........let us find the square root of 1728
prime factorizing 1728..we get the prime numbers to be..2,2,2,2,2,2,3,3,3

following the star method we get 2 (for 2,2,2), 2 (for another 2,2,2), and 3 ( for 3,3,3).
multiplying 2, 2, and 3..we get =12.

thus the cube root of 1728 is 12........ :)
