Answer:

For a function to be one-one, it must have only 1 unique value for unique entry in the function.

We know that Sin x has repeating values after a interval of 2π. Therefore Sin x is not one-one function.

E.g. Sin 0 = Sin 360 = 0

Therefore it is not one-one.

For a function to be onto function, the codomain and the range of the function must be same.

Sin x has a Codomain of all real numbers in general. But the range of Sin x is only from [ -1,1 ]. Therefore Sin x is an onto function only in the codomain [ -1,1 ]. In the rest of the intervals it is not an into function.
