GIVEN :-

  \implies \sf{ \frac{(3x - 2)}{3} +  \frac{2x + 3}{2}  = x + \frac{7}{6}   }

ANSWER :-

 \implies \sf{  \frac{2(3x - 2) + 3(2x + 3)}{6}  = \frac{6x + 7}{6}  }

 \implies \sf{ \frac{12x + 5}{6}  =  \frac{6x + 7}{6} }

 \implies \sf{6(12x + 5) = 6 (6x + 7) }

 \implies \sf{72x + 30  = 42 - 30}

  \implies \sf{36x = 12}

 \implies \sf{x =  \frac{ \cancel{12} \:  {}^{1} }{ \cancel{36} {}^{3} } }

 \huge \:  \:  \red \star  \: \:  \: { \huge \boxed{ \sf{x =  \frac{1}{3} }}}
