Some people do have glucose in their urine. These people have diabetes. Suggest why a person with diabetes has glucose in their urine.

In the type 2 diabetes( Diabetes mellitus), the sugar/glucose level in our blood unexplainably increase due to the dysfunction of pancreas to release insulin.

This level of sugar/glucose exceeds the capacity of nephrons. As a result, they don't get reabsorbed and end up in the urine.
