⬛⬛⛤The labour force engaged in various sectors of economy in rural segment are fast migrating to urban areas which trigger poor civic amenities, high pollution, hiking urban land value, population density and so on. Village and cottage industries and agriculture sector which were accommodating rural population have been losing ground to service and industrial sector.
⬛⬛⛤Hence, aims of this paper are to focus on providing an appropriate physical environment to entrepreneurs, liberalisation policy for rural cottage industries and providing basic essentials to them, capacity building programme and institutional supports are some of the suggestions through which we can solve many problems of rural cottage and industries.
