Let x = ones digit
y = tens digit

Equation 1: x + y = 11

For equation 2,
(10x+y) = (10y+x) + 63
9x - 9y = 63

x = 9
y = 2

The original number is 29.
if you reverse it, it's 92 which is 29 + 63.
