HI !

Let the length be x and breadth be y

Area = length x breadth

xy = 2450 ---> (1)

Given ,
2y = x

from equation 1 ,

2y × y = 2450

2y² = 2450

y² = 1225

y = √1225

y = 35

x = 2y

x = 2 × 35
= 70

Length = 70 m
Breadth = 35 m
