Answer:

(a)9\sqrt{3\\

Step-by-step explanation:

area of equilateral triangle = \sqrt{3}a^{2}/4

therefore 81\sqrt{3} = \sqrt{3} a^{2} /4

a=18

height of equilateral triangle = \sqrt{3} a/2

height = \sqrt{3}×18/2

height = 9\sqrt{3}

{\huge {\underline {\mathfrak {\orange  {Answer}}}}}

Given :-

  • Base = 48 cm
  • Hypotenuse = 50 cm

Find :-

  • The area of triangle = ?

Solution :-

As we know,

Area of triangle = 1/2 × b × h

Now,

Find its height

Let the height be x

{h}^{2} = {p}^{2} + {b}^{2}

{50}^{2} = {p}^{2} + {48}^{2}

 196= {x}^{2}

\sqrt {196}= x

14= h

Height = 14

Putting values in formula

= 1/2 × 48 × 14

= 48 × 7

= 336

Therefore option c)336 cm
