Formula:
The area of a rhombus is given by:
1. Area of rhombus = 1/2 * product of diagonals
2. Area of rhombus = Altitude * Side

use the 2nd formula
A = length of altitude * length of side
i.e, 3.61 = length of altitude * 3.8
i.e, Length if altitude = 3.61 / 3.8 meter ( as both measurement are in meter)
i.e, Length of Altitude = 0.95 meter
i.e, Length of Altitude = 95 centimeter (required answer)

Hope it helps
