Circumference = 88cm
2*pi*r = 88
r = 88/6.28 = 14.01cm

Area = pi*r*r = 3.14*14.01.*14.01 = 616.31 sq.cm

If area is 15400 sq.cm
Then, 15400 = pi*r*r
So, r ≈ 70cm

Circumference = 2*pi*r = 2*3.14*70 = 439.6cm
