The curved surface area is :

Area = 2πrh

2 × 22/7 × r × h = 1980

44/7rh = 1980

rh = 1980 × 7/22 = 630

rh = 630

Volume = πr²h

22/7 × r² × h = 10395

22/7 × rh × r = 10395

22/7 × 630 × r = 10395

1980r = 10395

r = 10395/1980

r = 5.25 cm

h = 630/5.25 = 120 cm

Total surface area = 2πrh + 2πr²

2πr² = 22/7 × 2 × 5.25² = 173.25

173.25 + 1980 = 2153.25 cm²

======================
Curved surface Area

 =  \bf \: 2\pi rh = 1980 \: c {m}^{2}  \\  \\ so \\  \\  =  >  \bf \: \pi rh =  \frac{1980}{2}  = 990 \: c {m}^{2}

Volume(v)

 = \bf\pi {r}^{2} h = 10395 \:  \: c {m}^{3}  \\  \\ so. \:  \:  \\  \\  =  >  \bf \: r =  \frac{10395}{\pi  rh}  =  \frac{10395}{990}  = 10.5 \: cm
So..
Radius (R) = 10.5 cm

Total surface Area

 =  \bf \: 2\pi rh + 2\pi {r}^{2}  \\  \\  =   \bf \: 1980 + 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {(10.5)}^{2}  \:  \: c {m}^{2}  \\  \\  =  \bf \: 2672.72 \:  \: c {m}^{2}
