Solution:

The diameter of the cycle wheel = 70 cm.

So the circumference of the wheel = 22/7 x D = 22/7 x 70 = 22 x 10 = 220 cm. (Where 22/7 = pi.)

The revolution the wheel makes = 250.

So the distance travelled by the wheel = Circumference of the circle x revolution the circle makes

= 220 x 250 = 55000 cms = 55000/100000 = 0.55 Kms.

=2×22/7×70
=2×22×10
=440
400×250=1,00,000
so it will go 1 lakh cm
means 1 km
