Answer:
Earthquakes are caused mostly by natural activity, which can't be predicted . So it is almost impossible to control earthquakes. We can however prevent earthquakes caused by human activities.
Ways to reduce the impact of earthquakes:-
- Construct buildings that can withstand the force of an earthquake.
- Buildings in earthquake-prone areas need to be built on roller foundations, which allow them to move but not collapse during an earthquake.
- Develop a seismic conscience.
- During the earthquake if you are inside your house or another building, stay there and move to a safe place.
- Keep away from dangerous objects and it protect yourself against.
- Carefully inspect your house in case there are structural damages. Be careful when opening the doors of your household furniture.
- Cooperate with the Civil Defense and other authorities of emergency and public security.
Hope it helps! ! !
