Hey I am giving this answer in short and simple language else it will go very long . you just frame the points.
1- Ties between members of family loosened as all the members get busy with their own production.
2- The institution of marriage also broke down because men and women rarely had time to meet and talk with each other .
3- women of the upper and middle-class faced increasingly higher level of isolation, as they don't work and stay alone in their home only .
4- As a result family started to broke down and comproises of much smaller units with 2 - 3 members.
Hope u like my answer and if u have any other question then follow me so that I can get notified .
