the length, breadth and height of a room are8.25 m, 6.75 m , and 4.50 m respectively determine the longest tape which can measure the three dimensions of the room exactly.

here as we know

l= 8.25 m
b= 6.75 m
h = 4.50m

Now let's three combinations

perimeter of the bottom and top
= 2 ( l+ b )
= 2( 8.25 + 6.75 )
= 2 × 15
= 30 m

top = bottom = 30

Now face one and three
= 2( l + h)
= 2 ( 8.25 + 4.50 )
= 25.5 m

Now face two and forth
= 2( b+ h)
= 2 ( 6.75 + 4.50 )
= 22.5 m

Now totally edge length
= 2 ( 22.5 + 22.5 + 30 )
= 2 ( 45 + 30 )
= 2 ( 75 )
= 150 m
