HELLO MATE ✳✳✳✳✳
Here is your answer
Let the breadth of the rectangle is x units
so , Length would be x + 2
Given ; Perimeter is 72 units
2 ( l + b ) = 72
= 2 ( x + 2 + x ) = 72
= 2 ( 2x + 2 ) = 72
= 4x + 4 = 72
= 4x = 72 - 4
= 4x = 68
= x = 68/4
= x = 17 units
Hence , breadth is 17 units
and length is x + 2 = 17 + 2 = 19 units
Area is l×b
= 17 × 19 = 323 sq. units
