Let the breadth of rectangle be b
Then, the length is (27+b)
Perimeter=110m
B/P:
110=2(length+breadth)
or, 110=2{(27+b)+b}
or, 110=2(27+2b)
or, 110=2x27+2x2b
or, 110=54+4b
or, 110-54=4b
or, 56=4b
or, b=56/4
or, b=14
Breadth=14m
Length=27+14=41m
Therefore, Area=length x breadth
=41x14
=574m
Then, the length is (27+b)
Perimeter=110m
B/P:
110=2(length+breadth)
or, 110=2{(27+b)+b}
or, 110=2(27+2b)
or, 110=2x27+2x2b
or, 110=54+4b
or, 110-54=4b
or, 56=4b
or, b=56/4
or, b=14
Breadth=14m
Length=27+14=41m
Therefore, Area=length x breadth
=41x14
=574m
