Answer is D.) Equal to or less than 1
=> We know that displacement is always shorter than distance and displacement can never be greater than distance because displacement is shortest distance and distance is actual path travelled and also displacement is vector so it can be negative but distance is scalar so it will be positive only ,, displacement can be equal to distance so the ratio can be equal to 1 also .
