Let Length be = 2x+2

$2(2x + 2 + x) = 154 \\ 2(3x + 2) = 154 \\ 6x + 4 = 154 \\ 6x = 154 \\ x = 154 \div 6 \\ x = 25.$
Therefore,

Length of pool = 2×25+2 = 52
Breadth of pool = 25
