non of these is right ans

potential is equal in whole surface is only in equipotential surface not on whole body so first wrong

potential directly proportional to charge and inversely proportional to distance of two charge so 2 and 3 wrong

(D) none of these.

The potential on the surface of a charged body is dependent on the molecular bond and on the valence electron of the atoms present in it. If the substance is more reactive then the potentiality is less and if the substance is less reactive then the potentiality is more. So, the charge of the body and the potentiality is inversely proportional to each other.
