Solution:-

Let the one number be X

And other no. is given= -70/25

Given the product of two rational no.= 3/7

According to question we get,

x \times  \frac{ - 70}{25}  =  \frac{3}{7}

x \times  \frac{ \not-70}{\not25}  =  \frac{3}{7}

 \frac{-14x}{5}  =  \frac{3}{7}

By use of cross multiplication ,we get

=> -14x × 7= 3× 5

=> -98x=15

x =  \frac{-15}{98}

 \boxed{  \bf\large{Answer =  \frac{-15}{98} }}
