Areas like Public distribution system for servicing the poor, tribal areas , primary health care , primary education, providing basic necessities likesafe drinking water, electricty, roads and infrastructure in villages / underdeveloped areas and for the landless poor. Services of national security like the defence and Police forces, we need the gvernment to support.Additionally areas of national development where the private agencies donot take up and since the development is theresponsibility of the Government in power, Government has to step in and provide support.
