From the inquiry, 100kg of a metal contains 15kg of iron. Let mass required to acquire 18kg of iron be 'x'.

At that point, 15/100 * x = 18kg ⇒ x = 1800kg/15 = 120kg.

In this way, mass required to acquire 18kg of iron is '120kg'. It needs 120 kg of metal to get 18 kg of iron.
