let the fourth vertex =(x,y)
now mid point of (2,-1) & (-2,3) is =( 2-2)/2,(-1+3)/2 =(0,1)
now (3+x)/2=0
or, x=-3
again (4+y)/2=1
or, y=-2 so fourth vertex=(-3,-2) (ans )
