Answer:

perimeter of rectangle is =2(l+b)

2(x+6+2x+66)=186

2(3x+72)=186

3x+72=186/2

3x+72=93

3x=93-72

3x=21

x=21/3

x=7

l=7+6=13

b=2 x 7+66=14+66=80

area of rectangle=l x b

=13x80

=1040 cm^2

Answer:

perimeter of rectangle=186

2(l+b)=186

2(5x+6 +2x+66=186

2(7x+72)=186

7x+72=186/2

7x=93-72

x=21/7

x=3

put value of x in l and b

5(3)+6. 15+6=21cm

2(3)+66. 6+66=72cm

Area of rectangle = l(b)

72(21)

1512cm*2
