Two dice are thrown simultaneously. Find the probability of getting square numbers on top face of both dice.

We can not  get 1 since it is 2 dices.

We can not get 16 or beyond as max we can get is 12.

So remaining options are 4, 9.

Possibilities of 4 - (1,3) (3,1) (2,2) - 3 options

Possibilities of 9 - (6,3) (3,6) (5,4) (4,5) - 4 options

So total 7 options.

Total number of possibilities are 36 when you roll 2 dices.

The probability of getting square numbers on top face of both dice = 7/36
