force = m1 \times m2 \div   {d}^{2}  \\ force = mass \times acceleration \\  mass \times acceleration  = m1 \times m2 \div  {d}^{2}  \ \\ (here \: mass \: divides \: m1) \\ so \:  \: accn = m2  \div  {d}^{2}  \\ (and \: because \: accn \: is \: inversily \: proportion \: to {d}^{2}  \: so \: accn \: must \: distrbed \: due \: to \: increasment \: and \: decreasment \: in \: distance
