let the time taken be x min
distance travelled by water in xmin =15×x
volume of pipe for length 15x=volume of conical vessel
15x*100×10/10×10/10π=1/3×20×20×45π
15x=4×15
x=4 min
4mins will be taken to fill the conical vessel
