Answer:

In most respects, economics is a social sciences, alongside psychology and sociology than it is a "natural" sciences such as chemistry and biology. Economics (particularly microeconomics) is ultimately concerned with why, when and how human beings trade with each other. Different schools of thought have taken the field toward increasing levels of mathematical sophistication and model-based regression forecasting, but the building blocks continue to be human actors and their behaviors.

Answer:

Economics depends on human behavior. Consequently, investigations are strongly affected by variations in human behavior throughout the population studied, and by changes in behavior over time. Moreover, unlike the study of physical phenomena, economics, like other social studies, are strongly influenced by the personal viewpoints of those carrying out the studies. It is fair to assume that the conclusions most economists arrive at in their investigations are predictably predetermined by the name of the investigator.
