Blended fibres:
Blended fibres are fibres which are made with two or more fibres to form a single variant. This variant shows the good and desirable qualities of the parent fibres that were used to make it.
Generally these blended fibres are comfortable to touch, appears high quality and expensive but they are actually low in manufacturing cost and have cheap market price.
Examples of blended fibres:
Pollywool which is a blend of polyester and natural wood, polycot which is a blend of polyester and good quality cotton.
