The legal means of bringing reforms in politics include instituting meaningful laws/ordinances to the system and to improve the existing legislation of government. The main motive behind reforming politics is making the regulatory practice more permeable to the citizens. The government of India has passed a number of acts or bills to bring reform in politics including the Jan Lokpal bill and the RTI Act etc.
