Sugar particles are made of loosely bonded atoms therefore when supplied with energy of stirring (called as latice energy) they break into very small particles invisible to naked eyes.

sugar dissappear when we dissolve in water because we all know that liquid has small gaps or low force of attraction in it so the sugar go to these small gaps that,s why sugar disspear
