O2 is a molecule (or mole) of oxygen.
2O2 was probably copied from an equation; it simply means 2 molecules of O2

In the following equation-
C2H8 + 4O2 --> 2CO2 + 4H2O
1 molecule (or mole) of C2H8 reacts with 4 molecules (or moles) of O2 to yield 2 molecules (or moles) of CO2 and 4 molecules (or moles) of H2O.
