dna is a very large molecule hence it is called macro molecule . dna is made up of two complimentary stand wonded around each other in a double helix module . A dna is consist of repeating number of nucleotide which is made up of three components phosphate , sugar , nitrogenous base . this nitrogenous base make the rungs of dna the nitrogenous base are adenine, guanine , cytosine , thymine adenine pair with thymine with two hydrogen bonds and guanine pair with cytosine with three hydrogen bonds
